5 Top Tips To Deliberately Create a Life You Want!

Being passionate about the basics of how we operate as human beings and on an energetic plane, it’s important to function from a holistic perspective. We can’t be half a person and expect a full life! 

Today, I want to share with you my 5 top tips on how to get started with being whole and deliberate during the creative process of being at the cause of experiencing what you want more of in life. Rather than waiting for life to hand you something and then deciding if you like it or not, why not get ahead of it. 

Start to implement these daily in a way that works for you!

  1. Connect with your inner self and divine guidance: Take time to meditate or connect to deeper parts of you, and listen to your intuition to spend time with your inner wisdom, being open to receiving guidance. We all have the resources that we need but sometimes temporarily forget or don’t have a strategy in place because what we’ve always done seems an easier path to take. It’s just familiar. It doesn’t mean that you can’t change the way you do life. Be open to other possibilities!

  2. Take inspired action: Once you have clarity on your vision and dreams, take inspired action towards them. Allow yourself to be guided by your intuition and trust that the universe is supporting you. You must respond to opportunities rather than react to what you ‘think’ might happen if you were to act. Many times we can sabotage or procrastinate if we feel unsafe to move forward. The subconscious mind will always speak up and let you know if there is a threat. Pay attention. 

  3. Practice gratitude and positive affirmations: Cultivate a positive mindset by expressing gratitude for all the blessings in your life and using affirmations to reinforce positive beliefs about yourself and your future. The trick is that you need to FEEL the gratitude, not just fake it til you make it. We attract what we are vibing at. If you can find one thing that satisfies you now, and spend some time feeling into why that is, you will shift your vibe. 

  4. Embrace change and see challenges as opportunities for growth: Trust that everything is happening for your highest good and embrace change as an opportunity for growth and evolution. Use failures/setbacks as opportunities to learn and course-correct towards your goals, rather than beating yourself up or hiding in fear that there may be consequences you believe might happen. Consequences can be positive too you know 😉 

  5. Surround yourself with positive and supportive energy: Surround yourself with people who uplift and support you, and create a positive and nurturing environment for yourself. This can include spending time in nature, practicing self-care, and engaging in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment. It may also mean it’s time to get consistent help with coaching & clearing the old, familiar patterns that you know are holding you back!
